Secretary to the Property Committee and/or Resources Team

The Property committee meets once or twice a year in the evening for all property stewards to discuss any issues relating to the maintenance and support of all circuit properties.

The Resource Team meets every two-three months to agree the strategy for looking after all issues related to property and finance within the circuit. This is normally during the daytime.

A secretary is required for either or both of these meeting to take and circulate minutes. This is a voluntary unpaid role.
