Members of the congregation often read the lessons

Hymn words are usually projected and books are only given to members of the congregation who request them

If a responsive reading from the hymn book is required please inform Anne Croft or Richard Ball in advance so that it can be projected
Preachers should let Worship Coordinator, Anne Croft have hymn numbers and requests by Wednesday please

Microphone & Video display systems

There are two radio microphones (one of which can be hand-held) and a lectern microphone available

Audio (MP3) files can be played

PowerPoint slides & video can be projected but must be loaded on the church computer

prior to the service

Elements of Worship

Notices:  Projected on screen and given by the Steward at the start of the service​

Offering: A collection plate is passed around during the sevice

Preachers are asked to give a dedication prayer at some point in the service

Prayers of Intercession are led by the Preacher or occasionally by a member of the congregation

Refreshments are served after the service in the café area which has adequate seating
