Rev Sarah Wood's Ordination

 

The photograph shows the three presbyters, who undertook most of their training for the ministry while still working/living in the former Luton Circuit, on the occasion of the ordination of Sarah Wood (centre) on Sunday July 1st in Camborne Methodist Church, with Jenny Spouge as Assisting Minister. Pictured are (l-r) Jenny Spouge, Sarah Wood and Betty Trinder. Sarah was surprised and delighted to find that June and Frank from Barton were also present on behalf of the South Bedfordshire Circuit, having rearranged their holiday to do so - and Camborne being the church in which they grew up! Sarah is currently a Minister in Shrewsbury and Betty in Norfolk.
